Now here’s a challenge for your steel worker.
Take this idea, but combine it with the one bar prison
– Strong springs between floor and a waist belt to pull her down
– Feet chained to the ground
– Hands fixed behind the back
– some weights attached to nipple clamps (via a cord) that can be placed on a rest if she raises on the pole
This should give her the reason to move up an down on the pole
